The Company’s flagship project, the Mmamabula Energy Project, is a 1200 megawatt (net) capacity power station and integrated coal mine project that is planned to provide power mainly to South Africa.

The Mmamabula Energy Project is the most advanced independent power producer project that can meet the urgent need for new baseload power generation capacity in South Africa to support economic growth.

CIC Energy has a strong treasury of approximately CDN$34 million and has been listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (ELC:TSX) and on the Botswana Stock Exchange (CIC Energy: BSE) since 2006.
